Key Responsibilities

In this role as an Interim Engineering Intern, you will get involved in cross-functional work and projects in the innovative sphere working in various fields. Your duties can be:

  • SoC and Hard Macro Physical Design: Be a part of the physical arrangement and simplification of system-on-chip architectures, and other performance-related projects.
  • SoC Validation & Debug: SoC validation and debugging platform to help verify and debug SoC designs including embedded processor cores (RISC/DSP), communication/networking ASICs and UMAC support.
  • RF & Analogue Layout: RF and analogue: Support the RF and analog circuit design and layout to deliver precision and performance.
  • RF/Analog/Mixed Signal/Power IC Design: Design important components such as PLLs, LNAs, OpAmps, CMOS, ADCs and DACs with tools such as Cadence and SpectreRF.
  • Low Power Design: The Low Power Design will seek to design low power consumption because it is an important aspect of modern electronics.
  • Board and FPGA Design: Be involved in the design and testing of FPGA-based systems and circuit boards.
  • Digital ASIC Design: Participate in application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) development.
  • Design/SoC Verification: Complex design verification by simulation and by test methods.
  • CAD Solution Engineering: Design and provide CAD tools to enable efficient design processes.
  • Design-To-Test (DFT): Embark on the implementation that will give testability and reliability of a chip design.
  • CPU Design: Help in designing high-performance CPU architectures in next-gen apps.
