What You’ll Do

Your Role As a Vonage IT intern, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that touch the business and give you exposure to the professional world of technology. As our You will be responsible for:

• Aiding with laptop imaging and setting up to enable for quick onboarding for employees.
• Participating in the resolution of end-user problems, providing expedient and efficient solutions to allow users to work productively.
• Working with senior IT staff to maintain essential IT technologies throughout the company.
• continually strives to innovate, push the limits and provide new ideas for improving our products and processes.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for ambitious 2024/2025 graduates who have a passion for learning and working in the IT Services Industry. Here’s what we need:

• Eligibility Criteria: BE or B.Tech (Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Information Science/ Information Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunications).
• GPA Min: Minimum of 6.5 or above.
• Candidate Start Date: Be able to start the full time apprenticeship on 16 July 2025.
• Age Requirement: A minimum legal age of apprenticeship according to applicable local labor laws.
• Good communication: Effective oral and written command of the English language.
• Teamwork: Must be able to create an environment in which staff cooperate and work as a team.
• Problem-Solving: Go-getter mentality with a passion for addressing challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures work is complete and accurate and that sensitive information is secure.
• Technical Skills: Some configuration and troubleshooting experience is an asset.
• Working Hours: Flexible to work in UK timezone if required (for example 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
