Compensation Details

Wipro provides formal stipendiary structure for the WILP, which takes care of your expenses, while Wipro takes care of you:

• 1st Year: INR 15,000 + INR 488 (ESI)
• 2nd Year: INR.17,000/- + INR.553 (ESI)
• 3rd Year : INR 19000 + INR 618 (ESI)
• 4th Year: INR 23,000

Wipro Off Campus Hiring (WILP) – Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the WILP by Wipro the candidates must:

• Educational Qualification: BCA OR B.Sc in (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics.
• Educational Qualification: 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation, as applicable by the universityContribute to our mission to improve our academic performance_graduation (if declared) considered.
• Passing Year: 2024 or 2025.
• Core Mathematics: Compulsory subjects in 10+2 qualification (Business Maths or Applied Maths not considered) as one of the major subjects.
• Educational Gaps: You should not have more than 3 years gap between 10th and graduation; No backlogs during graduation.
• Backlogs:1 active backlog till 6th semester at the time of online test.
• Nationality: Indian Citizens, PIO Card Holders, OCI Card Holders, Bhutanese, Nepalese candidates are eligible to apply for these posts.
• Age: Minimum age requirement is 18 years at the time of registration.

Open school or distance education are acceptable for 10th and 12th, but not for graduation. Candidates need to have 3months of cool period that is mandated from the previous Wipro test.

Selection Process

The Wipro WILP selection procedure may be tough but it is fair, as it is meant for picking the best talents:

Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)

The online examination is based on the following four-section format:

• verbal: 20 minutes, 20 questions.
• Analytical: 20minutes, 20 questions.
• Quantitative: 20minutes, 20 questions.
• Written Communication Test: 20 minutes

Round 2: Voice Assessment

If you pass the initial online application, you’ll take a voice assessment to assess your communication skills.

Round 3: Business Discussion

Its last round is a case interview, designed to evaluate the candidates business skills, to see if they’re a good fit for the role.

Those that are successful are awarded with a Letter of Intent (LOI). Candidates receive the pre skilling LoI before foundation training and finalize the LOI after completion of foundation.

Service Agreement

Candidates who are appointed must have a commitment to serve for 60 months. In case a candidate quits Wipro before serving this period, he would have to refund the joining bonus based on pro rata.

Wipro reserves the right to:

• Enable or restrict application participation in recruitment.
• Offer early if some employment terms don”t suit.
• Ensure that candidates are held accountable for illegal activities, such as the impersonation or falsification of information.

Any candidate involved in malpractices during online test/interview/pre-skilling training/is liable to be rejected/terminated at any stage, even after his/her selection/appointment in the company and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
